Description
I am a qualified and highly skilled senior support worker with six years of experience. During this time, I have delivered exceptional care support to my patients, meeting British legal standards, and my own personal standards of care, in the process.
As a carer, my professional and personal values are empathy and compassion. Consequently, I work hard to boost their confidence by promoting their self-respect and prioritizing their dignity in my everyday work life. I constantly engage in dialogue with them, to decipher their wants and needs and to come to a collaborative agreement on how best to manage their care.
I like to support my clients to participate in activities of their choice because I believe their happiness is of utmost importance. As a result, I proudly boast complete satisfaction from all my patients!
Personally, I do not feel safe until I can guarantee the complete safety of all my clients. Hence, my clients' safety and well-being is always of equal importance to me as their dignity.
